Person Types can be applied to people to support targeted searching and filtering. Horizon by Crisis24 includes a set of default Person Types, and you can also create custom Person Types to reflect your organization’s unique roles, relationships, or categories. Default Person Types include:
VIP
Executive
Employee
Contractor
Student
Faculty
Family Member
Expatriate
Point of Contact
Occupant
To create custom Person Types, contact your Account Manager.
Assign a Person Type
In a person's profile, select Edit Profile Details. From there, you can add one or more Person Types.
Use the Person Type in Advanced Travel Search and Person Search
When using Horizon's Person Search and Travel Search (People > Person Search or People > Travel Search), select Advanced Search and Include or Exclude one or more Person Types.
